My sister has asked me to make cupcakes for her wedding in April!! Very excited about it, 100 cupcakes to make.
I've started experimenting for the big day first up.... two tone icing. The blue and green was suppose to be peacock type colours, but they are a little garish.

Oo love the two tone icing..i keep meaning to try this but think it might be disasterous for me!
Thanks Cat! I know i've been meaning to try it for ages. To make it less messy...... I filled 2 piping bags with a colour, cut the tip off the bags then put the 2 bags into another bag with a star nozzle. Does that make sense??
